AdoTube to launch in Australia following acquisition by Tribal Fusion’s parent company
Tribal Fusion’s parent company Exponential has acquired in-stream video advertiser, AdoTube.
For those of you not familiar with AdoTube, the US-based company provides publishers and advertisers easy access to proprietary in-stream video advertising, including Polite Pre-Roll®, In-Stream Skins, Takeovers, and Interactive Overlays. These products will complement Tribal Fusion’s existing products including cost-per engagement video platform, Firefly Video, and positions Exponential as one of the largest global video providers.
Already this year, we’ve seen growth in the online video advertising market. Year-on-year, expenditure is up 53% (or $40 million annually) and further growth is expected. The Adotube deal will allow us to launch innovative video solutions that leverage in-stream video inventory and move beyond simple insertion of TV ads into video content, allowing users to engage, interact and provide feedback within the video ad unit in Australia.
This provides advertisers with more opportunities to engage their target audience online usng Adotube’s products across Tribal Fusion’s best-of-breed network.
